Boop Contact (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Boop Contact mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you create a digital business card or save contacts in the Rolodex, you may provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, job title, company name, photo, logo, social links, and notes about contacts.

Information collected automatically. We may collect limited technical data such as your device type, operating system version, app version, and crash logs to help us improve the Service.

Apple Wallet. If you choose to add your card to Apple Wallet, the pass is generated locally and managed by Apple’s Wallet app on your device. We do not access Apple Wallet data.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, display, and share your digital business cards
• Generate vCards and Apple Wallet passes that you choose to share
• Store and organize your contacts in the Rolodex
• Enable search within your saved contacts
• Maintain, improve, and secure the Service
• Respond to your questions or support requests

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information when you explicitly choose to share a business card, vCard, or Apple Wallet pass with another person. You control what information is included on your card and with whom you share it.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena or court order.

4. Data storage and security

We store your information on secure cloud infrastructure and use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices and rights

You can update or delete your business card information and Rolodex contacts at any time within the app. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to certain processing. 6. Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the app.
